We would like to start out by thanking our wonderful clients, both established and new, for your patience during these incredibly trying times. We know our protocols have been changing almost weekly it feels like and we appreciate your understanding.
Per Governor DeWine’s newest mandate, we will require all of our clients to wear face masks in order to be in our facility. This starts at 6:00pm Thursday, July 23rd and will continue until the mandate is lifted.
We do understand that some people may have health conditions that prohibit you from wearing the face masks and we are able to accommodate you and your pets needs as well. If you cannot wear a face mask, we ask that you express that when scheduling your appointment for your pet. We will then note that on your appointment so that your technician and doctor are aware. When arriving to the hospital, we ask that you call from your vehicle to let us know that you have arrived. You can choose to do curbside (you wait in your vehicle while the doctor does their exam on your pet and they will call you with their findings and/or medications needed for your pet) or you can choose to be present for your pet’s exam. If you would like to be present for the exam, we will have you wait in your vehicle until we have a room available so that we can limit exposure to other clients in the lobby.
The above will work for any medications that you need to pick up as well, along with boarding and surgical procedure drop offs.

What an exciting night it was here at the office, one of my very favorite students graduated with flying colors. Emmitt has grown into such an amazing friend, I will really miss seeing this silly guy! Keep up the good work, I'm so very proud of him!

Elliott and I could not be more grateful! There is no doubt in my mind that you all saved his life! Words cannot express how much I appreciate the entire team. I had to leave him for 4 days while traveling, knowing how sick he was, and you all made me feel comfortable knowing he was in good hands. Communicating with updates was amazing and the level of compassion could not have been better. Elliott is doing much better (even if he does still have a ways to go) and its all because of you guys! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
