Zeplin was a rockstar today. He underwent major oral surgery to correct his periodontal disease and canine tooth resorption. Canine tooth resorption is a complex process that isn’t completely understood by scientists and doctors alike. What we do know is that any lesions that are near or through the level of the gum attachment require extraction. They are PAINFUL and there is no way to repair the damage without extraction.
