HERE IS HOW WE ARE HELPING YOU RIGHT NOW
We here at photos by Orion are always safety conscious, especially during these crazy times. In the interest of ensuring both our workers and our client's safety, we have implemented a few new safety measures that enhance the normal working processes we already follow.
Some of these new steps and enhancements are:
- Use of a mask for our workers as they interact with clients.
Virtual consults, reveals, etc.
- Mailing of final products to client so no contact is necessary beyond the session
- Mail-in and digital dropbox option for submitting elements such as photos for an album, etc. Personal drop-off or pick up is still an option by appointment only to ensure social distancing guidelines set forth by all pertinant authorities
- Offering more video and streaming options for our commercial clients, as well as streaming options for our wedding clients. For more information on this see our pop-up elopement page.
- Increasing the distance between our workers and clients to 6 feet. We already are naturally around 4-5 feet away to get the best photos for our clients. Increasing that distance to 6 feet is an easily accomplishable thing that will help keep our clients, workers, and community safe. This works for both indoor and outdoor sessions. Our studio and setup is large enough to ensure that these measures are able to be instituted for all sessions.
-Online contract signing and payment options. This is something that we had already included as an option. We are now making this our only way to work unless there is extenuating circumstances. This is again, to ensure the safety of our clients, workers, and our community and keep in person contact to a minimum.
As more guidelines are put out by the World Health Organization, the Oregon Health Authority, and federal, state and local authorities, Photos By Orion will modify our practices to reflect the best methods of safety we can possibly offer to our valued clients and workers.
