Why and How to Meditate

To be more mindful, be more peaceful, be balanced and centered, release worries and negative emotions, be connected, be one with source = healthier, happier and better quality of life.
How – to meditate (daily – 3x a week)
1. Block off 10-20 minutes (you are worth the investment)
2. Be alone – silent still
3. Be comfortable sitting, lying, etc….
4. Breathing – breath slowly and naturally. In through your nose and out through your mouth. Inhale – Hold – Exhale, same time amounts each.
5. Close your eyes – turn off outer world and thoughts
6. Be aware and mindful – Let Go
7. Be in the present moment – Be free
8. Zero state activity reached
9. Open inner door to your heart – soul
10. Connect – Be one with God
11. Enjoy – Love – Joy- Peace – Enlightenment (higher healthier vibrations)
12. Do not judge results, you will be better with time
Tips
In the beginning challenges can occur, brain noise, chatter. Simply say NO thank you, back to present moment.
