I live an anti-inflammatory lifestyle which means I cook alot! 🙌🏾 As someone with an auto-immune condition (Hashimotos Thyroiditis 👋🏽), I have to pick and choose my ingredients with care. ☀️ But I’m also a foodie4L (Hey Girl, Hey!) and this garlic sauce recipe is lit!!
GARLIC SAUCE RECIPE
• 5 GARLIC CLOVES
• 1/2 Cup EVOO
• 1/2 Cup FULL FAT COCONUT MILK
• Juice of Half a Lemon
• 1/2 TSP Fine Sea Salt
Throw everything in a blender. Blend til smooth. Pour your sauce in a cute glass jar (because we cancelled plastic in these #culinarywellness streets.❕) And use this as your gourmet flavor bomb on 🍗🍖🥩🥦🥕🍝!
