This week in the dramatic play center our Pre-K students are pretending to be florists! They are using their science skills to discuss what living things need to survive. They are also using their social skills to work together to take care of the plants.

Anthony and Jessica Carthon both serve on active duty as medical professionals in the United States Army. Whether they are at home or outdoors, they enjoy spending time together as a family. They are the proud parents Jenna, Jaxson and Journey. The Carthons have been a part of the Cibolo Canyons Primrose family since 2017.

Today during Wonder Time 1 both our infants and toddlers used child safe mirrors to look at their reflections and name some facial features. They also compared similarities and differences to faces in books and each other.

This week in the create zone, our Explorers each designed their own square paper patch and used them to create a quilt that represents the uniqueness of the class.

Today we just want to take a minute to recognize all our military families this Veteran's Day. We would like to thank each and everyone of them for their service and we are more than proud to have them as part of our Primrose family.
Yesterday was Election Day here at Primrose. Our students enjoyed voting for which Primrose friend they thought would be a great leader and role model for our school. The results are in and the winner is........Mia the Mouse!

In our Explorer program we are continuously encouraging students to use their cognitive skills to design and create. They use the Engineering zone to design and then use materials such as blocks to build.
During circle time today our Early Preschoolers learned that during Lunar New Year some families celebrate by giving children red envelopes with gifts inside as a symbol of good luck!
During this holiday season our Primrose families were proud to partner up with the Blue Santa organization and donate toys to families in need. Thank you to everyone who donated, it was greatly appreciated!
