Congratulations to our January Family of the Month, The Taberts!! The Tabert family is one of the kindest and most thoughtful families. We absolute adore them! Dustin is a 6th grade Science teacher at Lassiter Middle School. He enjoys entertaining his students with silly Science experiments. When he is not teaching, he spends his time fly fishing out at Floyd’s Fork, Fisherman’s Park, and Taylorsville Lake. Kristen is a 6th grade counselor at Newburg Middle School. During online learning, She works hard to make sure all of her staff, students, and families are mentally & emotionally strong. She especially enjoys drive by ‘shout outs’, family photo challenges, and Zoom dance parties. Noah is a very energetic 4 year old. He loves the zoo and can talk about animals all day long. He also enjoys Legos, hot wheels, and America Ninja Warrior. When the pandemic is under control, he is very excited about Ninja classes. As a family the Taberts love to camp, hike, and spend time with their two dogs, Kahlua and Scout. We are truly grateful for Primrose. Noah has learned so much from Ms. Clapp & Ms. Dennison. He has also made some very special friends in Pre-K. I love watching him skip out of school every afternoon with confidence and joy."

We are shouting congratulations to Ms. Lyons! She is the new Assistant Director here at the Primrose School at Old Henry Crossing. Ms. Lyons has worked at Primrose since 2014 when the first school opened. She has held just about every job in the building and has done an amazing job at all of them. She started out as a Support Staff and quickly became a classroom teacher. She has taught in our 2-year-old program and our Preschool program. She then made the move to the Old Henry location where she has been our beloved "Cookii" for a little over 2 years. She changed the role of Chef as she revealed her leadership talent and very quickly became a member of our leadership team along with keeping the bellies of all of our kiddos full of yummy and healthy food. She has been such a large part of who we are and what we do here at Primrose - we are so excited to welcome her to this new position. Congratulations Ms. Lyons - you deserve it!
