Happy Celebrating Cultures week. This week children will learn all about different cultures. They will also be trying different types of food throughout the week. We would love to hear a fun fact about your families culture in the comments below.
Circle Time is how all Primrose students begin their day. Let's continue this tradition at home! Join Percy® in saying the Pledge of Allegiance each morning to help create a sense of routine and connect with a familiar Friend! This little guy had a great time practicing his fine motor skills while dropping coins into the slot to benefit Breast Cancer Awareness.
We will have the collection bin available all month long. Thank you for your support!
We had a fantastic morning with the Kirkpatrick Farms Fire Station 27. Our Infants - Preschool children got to have a socially distant visit with the fire truck before our community heroes had to zoom off to a real life emergency!
We love our community helpers! Thanks for all you do!
At Primrose, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Who knows, we could have a future President in this very school!
We teach students about giving back to the local community. Voting is a great way for each of them to give back and understand how respectfully voicing their opinions can have real-life results.
Without further ado we are excited to announce our Presidential Primrose Friend Mascot, Mia the Mouse. The children will enjoy goldfish and pears per the greater vote for afternoon snack.
We are gearing up for our Red, White, and Blue SPIRIT DAY tomorrow honoring Election Day!
Our Preschool - Explorer children will be having an election of their own. Our Election Day event is not associated with the current election; however our very own Percy and Mia are running for the title of presidential Primrose Friend mascot. Plus, students will get to vote on which presidential snack they’ll enjoy tomorrow afternoon.
How exciting! Please make sure to dress your child is red, white, and blue for tomorrow’s activities.
Stop by the front to get your Primrose bag to fill with food for the Dulles South Food Pantry. The Pantry has given us a list of items that they would like us to package to prepare Thanksgiving meals for people in need.
All bags are due to the front by November 10th. We will also have collection bins in the vestibule if you would like to donate unused food from your own pantry.
We are excited to kick off our SPIRIT week tomorrow!

We know that Mrs. Bell has been a huge positive influence in our daughter’s life. She is still eager to learn and thrive in a structured environment. She is excited that she is learning new words, and asks to read books constantly. I love that Mrs. Bell has instilled the fact that learning can be fun!
Mrs. Bell has been an incredible teacher to our kindergartener! It’s been a confusing year on everyone and Mrs. Bell has provided normalcy and excitement for our daughter! Thank you, Mrs. Bell for all of the hard work and passion you have put into teaching our children!
