Today we remember the lives that were lost on September 11, 2001! We remember the lives lost, the families who lost loved ones, the courage of the first responders, and the bravery and resilience of those who worked together to rebuild. We are grateful for our freedom and those who give so much to preserve it.

We enter the clients story when they reach out to us for help. We are needed to help the client overcome obstacles in their business. When we listen to what challenges they are facing we have to help them see that we care about them and their challenges and we are committed to helping them overcome it. 85% of why clients choose you is because they like you. 15% of why the choose you is because of your know how or technical skill. The 15% is huge if they like you and you don’t help them solve their problem. Or, If you help them but the interaction is horrible they will not return because they don’t feel like the hero but just a number to hit a quota or goal.
As video producers and filmmakers we provide a service to people and the service is to help them feel like they made the right decision by choosing you and delivering on that promise in a way that meets their need and helps them accomplish their goal.
