We are so honored to have been nominated and selected for Project Black and Blue led by Craftmade Aprons! They dropped off a hospitality health and safety kit complete with sanitizer and masks for us to utilize and add to our repertoire of supplies as we safely reopen for events and meetings! Their mission is to give back to the workers of the service industry by fostering support spreading love and we are all for it! We challenge all our followers to find time this week to take care of yourself and support others in need!

All Profile staff are working from home and practicing social distancing. We miss our office but don't mind the view when there are fuzzballs like Peach posing for us.

There are many emotions we are feeling during this time but the most important one we hold on to is hope. We have an amazing staff team that has been working tirelessly to help anyone and everyone who has reached out to us, as well as manage our office duties and continue regular work with future events. We have a wonderful client base that has been more understanding, communicative, and flexible beyond what we expected with the recent changes happening in the world around us.
We have been working diligently with our March and April clients to assist them with this difficult time period and doing our best to be a helping hand with solutions and compassion. Our coordinating staff at Profile is a part of this industry because we care very deeply about providing extraordinary events for our clients, so something of this magnitude hits us personally and takes a toll on our small business. Client emails like these ones make us remember why we do what we do and definitely encourage us as we work through these next few weeks:

In addition to our client base, we have also reached out to all our staff to make sure they have the proper resources and links to be of benefit to them over the next few weeks. Based on guidelines and precautions posted by the CDC, WHO, and US Government we have instituted the following changes to our business practices:
-Closing our office and conducting all meetings and inquiry assistance over the telephone or email through March 29th
-Minimal staff on site for necessities such as deliveries, pickups, and cleaning
-Rescheduling all tasting events for the remainder of March
-Rescheduling or cancelling all March events per clients preference and working with them to find their best solution

No one is alone in this and our thoughts and sympathies go out to everyone struggling with the COVID19 effects, from wedding brides to small businesses to students. Have compassion. Help where you can. Wash your hands. Don’t act out of fear. We are very much looking forward to when our regular office activities and events resume in the future and will be ready with open hearts and welcoming arms for all our future clients. Introducing our brand new Madeline Room! This space is the newest addition to our Diamond Hall and comes with customizable lighting and projector (click to see some fun examples! Videos in the comment section!). The options for this space are endless: ceremony space, cocktail room, children's play spot, corporate presentation - you name it!
We decided to use our time wisely this year and have been hard at work making improvements and updates all around our building! One thing that many of our guests and clients have been excited about is the full remodel of our suites! Pictured here are the Casablanca suites but the Diamond suites also got a full makeover as well! The makeover consisted of new paint, furniture, and lighting! Schedule a tour today to check them out!
