Helping our patients to stay healthy and active is a team effort. The ProForm physical therapy team of therapists are Fellowship Trained Doctors of Physical Therapy that have received extensive and advanced clinical training in the management of movement related pain and movement disorders.
As a direct access facility, our patients can conveniently see one of our physical therapists without a physicians prescription. However, we believe that it is often a collaborative effort from your entire healthcare team that leads to an optimal recovery; we will gladly coordinate with your Physician to order appropriate medical work-up or medication, when necessary.
