Welcome to the Children's Health Center, LLC, the office of Dr. Nancy DeNicola, D.O We are conveniently located on Route 35 in Holmdel, NJ. This practice was established in September 2007 and we are proud to serve Monmouth County. We specialize in pediatric and adolescent medicine, serving ages birth to 21. Dr. Nancy DeNicola is a board certified Pediatrician with over fifteen years of experience. Dr.Christine Nazarian, M.D. is a board certified Pediatrician who joined the Children's Health Center August 2017. Mrs.Kimberly Yue, APN-C joined the Children's Health Center in January of 2014, and is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practioner (PNP) with over 20 years of clinical experience. Dr.Andrew Burstiner, M.D. joined the CHC family with over a quarter century of pediatric experience.

Utilizing the latest in medical electronic technology, we provide a secure web-portal which provides parents convenient access to commonly requested information such as vaccination records, appointment and referral requests prescription refills, and school/camp forms.
