Our guided Recess Stretch is 15 minutes long. If done correctly, it should feel like a workout in itself.
It was designed to be done before our Recess Conditioning workouts.
I would not recommend this as a stretch before a long run, bike ride or playing a sports game. More dynamic movements should be done that mimic that specific sport.

Why did I make this?
If I did ONE thing each day, it would be to get a workout in. I knew I would get sick around noon each day, so I made sure to get one of these workouts in before then. This is what helped keep me not only physically strong, but emotionally strong through my pregnancy journey.
This guide is to help those women similar to me. Those who need a challenging workout that is both safe and effective. One that satisfies the feeling of doing similar training that I did prior to getting pregnant.
You don't have to think about anything, you just follow the guide.
I hope this is as helpful for you, as it was for me :)
What to Expect?
A fitness guide of pregnancy safe workouts. 1 month of workouts that equate to 3 workouts per week.
Workouts are a variety of body weight, light weight high repetition, high intensity, resistance training and cardio.
What do I Need?
The majority of this guide is body weight, however you will need a light set of weight 3-5lb dumbbells OR anything around the house that is of equivalent weight.
If you have a resistance band for glute work, we will incorporate it, but it is not necessary to have.
