Dr. Mankad is a noninvasive cardiologist with special interest in heart disease in women, heart disease associated with autoimmune conditions, and valvular heart diseases. Her clinical focus includes: proper care for women with symptoms suggestive of heart disease, discussing the increased cardiovascular risks related to autoimmune conditions through the Cardio-rheumatology Clinic, and evaluating, managing and treating patients with various valvular heart diseases. She is a member of the MN Medical Association, the American Society of Echocardiography, and the American College of Cardiology.
