In order to stay open we must comply with the safety regulations of the OVMA and the governor. Currently we are observing all the social distancing and cleaning recommendations in order to keep our staff and clients safe. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to keep your pet healthy. Our staff is making every effort to meet our client’s needs in an efficient and timely manner, unfortunately with the increased safety protocols for cleaning and curbside care the process may take a little longer. Please bear with us. You can help us expedite the process by doing a few of the following things:
•Give us a call upon arrival and we will come to your car.
• We are experiencing a high number of calls so please call back if you do not get through the first time.
• Please take your dog’s leash/collar/harness off when you park in our lot. We will be using a sanitized slip leash.
•Have your phone ready to talk to the doctor about the appointment and for check out.
•If you have a specific question you want to ask the doctor, please write it down ahead of time and give it to the assistant when they come out for you pet.
•Call a head if you need medications refilled. If you do not have an appointment please pay for them over the phone when you call and we will bring them out at pick up.
•As shipping has still been slower please notify us early if you need anoroduct special ordered.

Our drug representative is having trouble getting the product, Vetmedin. As we have so many patients on this drug, we have found an alternative option. We are working with a compounding pharmacy to get the generic prescription, Pimobendan.
