WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW…
MEMBERSHIP AND RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED!
An active Rockland County YMCA membership is required to participate in these activities. If you have not yet reactivated your membership, you can click the button on our welcome back page.
BEFORE YOU COME TO THE Y
• Members must make a reservation before using the Y. We will accept reservations for the lap swim, fitness center use and virtual group exercise classes. Please click here for reservation information. All members will be required to sign our Facility Use Waiver, before your first visit. This only needs to be done once.
• Please note, lap swim and the fitness center is open to ages 16+ and virtual group exercise classes is open to ages 16+.
• All locker rooms are closed and restrooms are NOT to be used for changing.
• Come ready to swim. Wear your swim suit under your clothes. Swimmers should shower before leaving home.
• Come ready to use the fitness center.
• Bring a water bottle. Water fountains are out of service.
• Bring any small equipment you need – i.e. kick board, googles.

Zumba 11:30am - 12:30 pm - with Surelis
Both classes will be live streamed on Zoom for Members and Non-Members
In-person participants - MEMBERS ONLY. Please be sure to do the following before coming to the club:

Tennis Instructions starts Monday September 28th and run for 7 weeks.
Check out the tennis skills program at our Y and get in the game!
Improve your skills, just have fun, make new friends, be active and learn to love a sport at the Y.

Dear YMCA family,
Our Yoga, Zumba, and Indoor Cycling event is this Saturday November 7, 2020.
Please sign up by tomorrow November 5, 2020, spaces are limited.
Indoor Cycling: Dance Studio from 8:00am-8:45am
Yoga: Dance Studio from 10:00am-11:00am
Zumba: Gymnasium from 11:30am-12:30pm
We are holding these classes in spaces that have been inspected and cleared by the New York State Health Dept. We continue to follow sanitizing and social distancing guidelines that have been recommended and established by the New York State Health Dept. Please bare in mind that your health and safety is of utmost importance to us.

We want to keep you up to date with the YMCA and our schedule for 2021. Starting January 4, 2021 the facility will have new hours for the fitness center & swimming pool.
Monday - Friday: 6 am - 7pm
Saturday Pool Schedule: 7 am - 5pm
Saturday Fitness Center Schedule: 11am - 5pm
What's NEW in Fitness - Small Group Training - Create a group and we will have our Master trainer take you through a 1 hour personalized workout 2 days per week. Minimum 4 participants per class Maximum 8 per class.
What's NEW in Aquatics - Triathlon Training, Covid safe Group & Private swim lessons, Swim Stroke Clinics, Swim Club, and Lifeguard Training
