As we move into our busiest time of the year, we encourage you to look ahead in your calendars!
If you're an existing patient, we recommend booking your appointments 3-6 weeks ahead, especially if you prefer times that are most popular (morning, late afternoon, evening)
Right now, Jason and Beth are booking 2-3 weeks out and Leah, Sarah and Matt are booking 1+ week out with the occasional opening. This means getting specific appointment times within a week or two will continue to get tougher through the next few months.
If you have questions about your treatment plan and how often you should be coming in, please consult with your practitioner.
We want to make sure you are getting the care you deserve 💕
To schedule, call the office at 775-2059 or book online.

Doctors Explain When You Can Realistically Expect to Get the COVID-19 Vaccine
Meet our client Nicolle. When she was 37 years old and breastfeeding her baby, she noticed an alarming change and asked her doctor for a mammogram. She was soon diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.
Nicolle is an inspiration to us — a mother of 2 children, Kole and Anthony, wife to her husband JR, and a total warrior. She lives in a beautiful, cozy home on some land just outside of Portland. It’s an understatement to say Nicolle doesn’t like to sit still. She worked in the restaurant industry for 20+ years and loves to stay moving with the gym, yoga, spinning and gardening. She’s is passionate about art — crafts, music, makeup, and fashion, and is even a licensed esthetician with her own business. Nicolle has refused to let cancer define who she is.
In her acupuncturist Beth’s words:
“It is such a pleasure and honor to have the opportunity to treat Nicolle. She is a brave and beautiful woman who is a constant reminder to me that the relationship between patient and practitioner can be mutually beneficial. I look forward to seeing her every week. Her gratitude, kindness, and fighting spirit are an inspiration to me! I love her very much and look forward to continuing on this journey with her.”
Nicolle candidly shares her story on the podcast ‘Breast Cancer and the Unknown’ and mentions how acupuncture helps her manage the side effects of her treatment. You can listen to the full episode here: https://bit.ly/36h6KTd
