With an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for people Russian born Dr. Roman Isaac took his childhood dream and fascination of the human body to becoming one of the most sought out orthopedic professionals in the medical industry. Specializing in hand and upper extremity surgery Dr. Isaac has performed advanced arthroscopic and open treatments of the upper extremity to over thousands of patients locally and internationally being referred to as the advocate for the people when looking for reliable and trusted answers and results. Dr. Isaac believes integrity, professionalism and compassion are key when searching for the right medical assistance and are vital for optimal outcomes. He is a strong believer in providing patients with different options and guiding them to make the right decisions. Dr. Roman Isaac finished his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the world-renowned Rothman Institute of Thomas Jefferson University in Pennsylvania. His training includes surgical and non-surgical treatment of orthopedic conditions in a variety of patients, including high profile and professional athletes. After completing his residency, Dr. Isaac spent an additional year of Fellowship training in hand surgery at Beth Israel Hand Surgery Center in New York City where he was taught by one of the pioneers in the specialty. His passion for knowledge has led him to international travels with continuing education in Israel’s Hadassah University trauma center.
When not in the operating room, or running his practice, Dr. Isaac likes to stay active. He plays guitar with a local band and is also active in variety of sports including basketball, golf, kickboxing and snowboarding. Today Dr. Roman participates in Philanthropic endeavors that allow him to give back and speaking engagements on preventive medicine to help educate for a healthier humanity.
