We would like to thank everyone for their patience since we started curbside service! It has been a huge learning curve for us as we have never had to do this before and the system is not perfect but it works most of the time. We have been especially busy the last few months and we are trying to get everyone in that needs to be seen but we are down a doctor and only have limited appointment times, work-in space, and drop-off cage space. If you are not going to make your appointment, please be considerate and let us know so we can put an emergency in that time slot! Also, help is on the way! Dr. Wesa Ross will be returning to the practice!! She was here several years ago before moving back to Columbia. She has decided to return to the Upstate and she will be starting around November 9-16. We are very excited to have a familiar face back!! Have a great week!

First of all we would like to let all of our clients know that we are very thankful for you! We have been very busy this past week and have had a lot of emergency work-ins. We do our best to make sure that the work-ins are true emergencies and we have instituted a work-in fee because these emergencies take up a lot of time and set us back as far as our appointment schedule goes. We also do our best to let our work-ins know that there will be a wait and they will be seen as soon as feasibly possible. We are doing out best to see everyone but we are only human and only have so many hours in the day so there might be times that we have to turn non-clients away or have to put off things that are not true emergencies to the next day. Please be understanding of us and the fact that we are doing our best! Also, if you are not going to show up for your appointment or work-in please be courteous and call us to let us know!! Thank you!

Please be patient with us as we are trying to see everyone in a timely manner without making anyone have to wait too long. If your pet does not have a true emergency please take the next available appointment (usually 4-5 days out) and please call us first thing in the morning instead of waiting to call in the afternoon if you feel like your pet needs to be seen same day.
