These days, “here” likely won’t be in our office, speaking to you face-to-face. However, we are as close as your phone. If you have been a policyholder for the past 12 months we are offering a special payment plan to help. The Special Payment Plan allows customers facing adverse conditions to receive up to two bills in a row with no payment required. Bills are issued at the regularly scheduled times although no payment is due. The bill includes a message that requests the customer pay what he or she can. No installment fee is assessed. Please contact us for details. To reach me or a member of my staff, call us during our regular business hours as you normally would. Even if we’re not physically in the office, we will still pick up or call you back as soon as we can. After hours, you’ll be forwarded to our customer care representatives who will be happy to help. You also can reach us 24/7 at 1-800-ALLSTATE. The Allstate® mobile app is another resource. You should have received an email from Allstate about it recently. It’s another way to access policy information, start or update a claim, manage your payments or call for roadside assistance. You can download the free app if you don’t already have it.
