The Highway Department announces it will be conducting signal work and replacement at the intersection of Massey Boulevard and Railway Lane on Monday, February 8, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The lane to exit Valley Plaza onto Massey Boulevard will be closed. Drivers will be able to exit at the north end of the plaza at Red Lobster.
There may be short delays in traffic flow while the signal work is happening. Please exercise caution while driving in this area.

*****Update Snow Emergency Plan was Lifted @ 11:00 am On 2/11/2021*****
The Snow Emergency Plan for all of Washington County will go into effect February 10th 2021 at 8:30 pm because of anticipated hazardous driving conditions, caused by snow and ice.
When the Plan is in effect, all vehicles traveling on designated state Snow Emergency Routes must be equipped with chains, snow tires, or all season radial tires. Vehicles parked on Snow Emergency Routes are subject to removal/impound.
Please do not call the State Police or any other police agency for road or weather conditions. These types of calls will tie up police phone lines and prevent true emergency calls from getting through, and could jeopardize someone’s life.
Instead, monitor your local media outlets, or go to www.md511.org for current conditions.
