About

School of Rock Highland Heights provides both in-person and online music lessons for students of all ages. Our programs, camps and workshops for toddlers, kids, teens and adults make learning to play music fun and create great communities of musicians. School of Rock is the leader in performance-based music education. We combine one-on-one drum, bass, keyboard, vocal, and guitar lessons with group practices. Students learn to play music from day one and put on live performances at local venues. Our experienced instructors are local musicians themselves who combine the performance-based School of Rock Method and programs with individual music lessons to get results for your student.

Anthony Hitch! Anthony played guitar at SoR Highland Heights for 5 show seasons and was a member of the House Band. One of his favorite SoR memories was playing the rib burn-off at Nautica. “It was such a cool feeling to play a stage that big.” He still plays guitar but has also picked up bass and vocals since he graduated from SOR. He has been keeping himself busy with multiple musical projects: Saint Ash (look for SA on Soundcloud and Saint_Ash on IG); he is also the main arranger and songwriter for an upcoming neo-soul project and a hard rock project; he has an EP recorded with the poet Mo Grays, as well as recording and producing himself. Anthony says, “Music is harmony: with notes, with people, with yourself… that can go as deep as you want it to- but I’ll say more importantly, music is whatever you need it to be in your life. Whatever music means to you is absolutely valid. Life has so many experiences in it that we will never be able to predict... so find what music is to you, be honest about it, and try to enjoy the ride!” @saint_ash #sorcle #sorhighlandheights #schoolofrock
