When you enter our office, you will see that it is no ordinary dental office. We pride ourselves in giving our patients an environment where they will feel relaxed and comfortable. We know that providing exceptional service starts from the ground up. Therefore, we have a soft, relaxing piano that plays in the background in our reception area while you wait for your appointment to begin.
Another way that we provide exceptional service is through our experienced and knowledgeable staff. Once you enter our office, you are greeted with the utmost respect. We offer our patients a warm cup of coffee or tea. For those who are non-coffee drinkers, we also offer water and soft drinks. When one of our staff takes you into a room, you have the option to listen to music on an MP3 player, wear a sleeping eye mask, and/or cover yourself up with a comfy blanket. For those who are afraid of the dental chair, we also offer sedation alternatives so that you can “drift away” during your appointment.
