Dear Patients,
Beginning on Monday, May 18 we will resume seeing patients. For the protection of our patients and our staff, anyone entering the building will be required to wear masks. We have ramped up our disinfecting protocol and arranged our appointment schedules to accommodate for social distancing.
In addition we ask that you adhere to the following. If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has these symptoms, or traveled from a different area, please postpone your appointment for two weeks. Unless you need assistance entering the building or have young children with you, please have anyone accompanying you wait in the car.
