Rhinoplasty transformation!
Patient was mostly bothered by the dorsal hump, droopy tip, and overall large nature of her nose. The dorsal hump was reduced in size and the nasal tip was elevated to create a smaller and more refined nose not only on her profile but on her frontal view. She is absolutely ecstatic with her results and I couldn’t be happier for her.
This is not a #tbt!! We are finalizing our expansion for our clinical research institute! I love research and participate in a number of clinical trials for new devices and new indications for products. However, our research has outgrown the current office space and needs a spot dedicated exclusively to this.
I couldn’t be more excited because that means we can offer more clinical trials and expand the opportunities for research. This gives me the opportunity to really understand the products and devices at such deeper level because we explore settings and doses that give an optimal result.

Mini-Lift.......
This procedure is perfect for someone that is mostly bothered by their jowl and jawline. I perform this under local anesthesia for most patients and it is a fraction of the downtime that most will have with a full necklift. If you have concerns about excess neck skin and platysmal bands, this procedure is not ideal for that and I will recommend a necklift if that is your expectation. Incisions are placed in the same position as a facelift around the natural creases in front of the ear. As you can see, they heal beautifully! #minifacelift

I don’t know about you but my week was crazy. I operated four days this week and even found time to get some photos taken by @schwartzydotcom in our new operating room! @drtroypittman and I had a combo case of facial rejuvenation(facelift, blepharoplasty, CO2 laser resurfacing) and breast lift.
Our jobs require such a tremendous amount of focus that at the end of the week I find it so important to decompress, relax, and do something outside of work. A typical scalp bears some 100,000 to 150,000 hairs. Normally, between 50 and 100 of them fall out daily as they complete their growth cycle. When shedding outpaces growth, the result is alopecia(hair loss).
Thankfully, PRP is a great way to help stimulate and maintain the hair follicles on your scalp. I perform a hair restoration treatment on both men and women who have thinning hair and are appropriate candidates for the treatment. The PRP is full of growth factors that essentially act as fertilizer for the hair follicles.

A crooked nose frequently requires multiple procedures to correct it. The nasal bones need to be straightened(as was this case) from multiple traumas in the past. The nasal tip was also refined to create better symmetry and contour.
Additionally, the nasal septum needed to be removed and a new piece was rebuilt that was straight and ensured more support to this area of the nose. These are very advanced maneuvers but necessary in order to create a long lasting result and give the patient a straight nose that they have always wanted. #rhinoplastyexpert
