Nodoguro (Blackthroat Seaperch) just flown in from Toyosu Market! This fish is most commonly referred to as “whitefish toro” for the way this Nodoguro melts in your mouth. We still have reservations available for tonight as well as this weekend if this is something you are dying to try!
Welcoming Lucky Cat “May” by Mars to the Soto Whisky Shelves! This is the fourth in a Mars series released by the President of Mars whisky, Mr. Hombo. Each bottle named after a cat Mr. Hombo himself rescued. 💕 May was blended and bottled at the Mars Shinshu Distillery, finished in umeshu (plum wine) casks from the Mars Tsunuki distillery. Come in and try it for yourself ✨✨✨

Happy New Year ATX! We will be open today from 11am-3pm (lunch) and 5pm-10:30pm (dinner). To start the year off on a high note we will be offering omakase as well as a premium omakase along with our full dinner menu!
