We are not allowing visitors into our building at this time. If you need to visit a tenant, we have options for that & we ask that you call our front desk (319-382-5080) to assist you in scheduling a visit. You can also contact the tenant directly, if that's an option.
If you have something that needs to be delivered, there is a table inside the first door where items can be left. We will do the delivering.
If you are here after hours and need assistance, there is a phone on the wall that you can reach a staff member that is in the building.

Please call to schedule your visit for Memory Care & Assisted Living tenants. We have a designated area that you will come in for your visit & we can share those details with you when you call.
Inside visits will start at 10:00 a.m. & the last visit will be at 5:00 p.m. Time slots are 30 mins.
Please call the front desk at 319-382-5080 to schedule your visit. We are still doing FaceTime as well, so continue to schedule those, if that works for you.

February is American Heart Month ❤️
Next week we are going to be collecting pennies to donate to the American Heart Association.
Each of our management staff members will have a box (picture below) that our tenants can put pennies in. Whichever staff member has the most pennies on President's Day will get a pie in the face 😄 Yes, we all agreed to it!
Family and friends are welcome to participate by dropping of pennies/change at your convenience. Please let us know who you would like to receive your pennies.
