Stretch Yoga Chicago is located in the West Town neighborhood in Chicago. Our goals are to keep yoga simple, down to earth, funky, and peaceful. We strive to make our studio friendly with high vibes.
We have an amazing group of teachers ready to guide you through your unique breath and practice. Along with the support of our Ukrainian Village community Stretch Yoga Chicago is honored to share our practice with the greater community around us! All of our classes are based in flow and rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga and Iyengar, yet infused with the creativity and uniqueness of each of our teachers’ individual personalities and spirits. Yogis of any level—beginner to advanced—are welcome at any and all of our classes. The teachers at Stretch Yoga Chicago are trained to cater to all levels of students’ abilities and will help students to advance
class after class.
Stretch Yoga Chicago offers three types of classes six days a week: Burn Yoga,Yogi Chill and Vinyasa/Flow Yoga. Burn is a high-energy class that combines an interval cardio workout with strength and stabilization. Sculpt/Core concentrates on strengthening your core—building your strength from within—in sixty minutes. Vinyasa/Flow Yoga will guide you through a practice that flows and teaches you to use one breath with one movement.
All of the classes at Stretch Yoga Chicago are one hour long and range in times from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are also two classes offered on Saturdays: a 9 a.m. class and a 12 p.m. class.
