Tonight’s Dinner! Super easy, super tasty! 400g cherry tomatoes 94c 170g tomato basil feta cheese 420c 4 cloves garlic sliced thin Olive oil (refillable mister) 20c Salt and pepper 400g thin sliced chicken breast 440c Preheat oven to 375 Place tomatoes in oven proof dish, season with salt and pepper. Add garlic, spray tomatoes and garlic with olive oil (2-3seconds). Top with cheese. Bake for 35-45mins until tomatoes are soft and burst. Must chicken with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Sauté chicken slices in a non stick pan for 3-4 mins each side until cooked thru. Serve tomato mixture on chicken. 4 servings 243 calories per serving. Substitute fish or shrimp for the chicken.
