Dr. Guy earned his MD and did both general surgery residency and cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. He has extensive training and experience in robotic cardiac surgery. He is also a former active duty Lieutenant Colonel in U.S. Army who served 3 tours as a combat surgeon in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is currently Associate Professor of Cardiothoracic Surgery & Director of Robotic Cardiac Surgery at Weill-Cornell School of Medicine/New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.
