For those curious... the Alani pre workout has a very attractive formula for those sensitive to caffeine or the “jitters”

200mg caffeine is a fairly moderate serving about equivalent to 2-3 average cups of coffee. That may sound like a lot to some but the reality is, 200mg is actually fairly below average compared to the rest of the pre workout market. Alani also includes 200mg of L-Theanine... which for most will tone the caffeine down quite a bit. Theanine has somewhat of a natural anti-anxiety effect and when combined with caffeine often reduces the initial “rush” caffeine can give delivering a “smoother” feel with less risk of a crash.
