A few months after that date, we went back (now dating) and had the same waiter who remembered us! So as we left, Paul asked the waiter to sign a coaster under his note “remember the interview?” 🤍”

From take out and delivery orders to holiday pre-orders, from personal notes of encouragement to cash gifts and gift cards, from vendors who vowed to stand by us to our bank who held our hand as we navigated the federal loan/grant programs, from fellow restauranteurs who came beside us to cheer us on to our incredible team members who showed up everyday while we fought like hell to survive. From Minneapolis to Edina where our beautiful sister restaurant came to life in August. We cherish the many memories we have of the last year, as well as the new friendships we have made and guests we have served.
