Founded more than 30 years ago by board-certified cosmetic surgeon Dominic Brandy, MD, The Skin Center was the first medical spa in the region. Today, The Skin Center has expanded to include three med spa locations in Pittsburgh – Mt. Lebanon, PA, Shadyside, PA and Wexford, PA and a nationally accredited, AAAHC surgical center as well as one location in Columbus, Ohio.
