As the mandatory stay-at-home order comes to an end, our team is diligently preparing to see you at your upcoming appointment. We are implementing our Covid-19 protocols to ensure the safety and health of our patients and team. Please take note of our COVID-19 Protocols: 1. All persons entering the office must wear a facial covering. 2. We will have hand sanitizer provided for you at the reception. 3. Your temperature will be taken upon your arrival and you will answer Pre-screening questions before entering the operatory. 4. Only patients being seen may attend the appointment unless special arrangements are made. Children under 13 may be accompanied by 1 parent/guardian. 5. Any patient with Flu like symptoms will be asked to reschedule his or her appointment.
