For the past eight months, we have adapted our normal practices to help protect each other. We have been moved by the many demonstrations of goodwill throughout this pandemic. Good Morning,
Due to extreme cold weather and snow the office will be operating at shorter hours today. The office will open at 10 :00 AM to 4:00 PM and resume normal business hours tomorrow weather permitting. The service team will be on snow removal today, clearing sidewalks and walkways. They will be preforming emergency tickets and we ask if it is not an emergency to please put it in for tomorrow. We recommend if you don't have to leave today don't, but if you must please pay very close attention to the sidewalks and walkways. We are doing everything we can to clear areas as quickly as possible.
Once again, we would like to ask everyone to drip all faucets and open cabinets beneath sinks in kitchen and bathrooms. We will be issuing everyone a $10 credit to all our residents to offset any overage on utility bills.

They have both been working very hard and very long hours to ensure our property is taken care of for our residents and office team. Hey guys!
So the snow is getting pretty bad out there so we wanted to inform you all that we will be closing our office today at 1pm!
To ensure our maintenance team is safe, they will be leaving and returning either later on or in the early morning hours to resume the snow removal.
We know this snow is not ideal but we will do our best to make sure everyone is taken care of, staff and residents, so that way we can all enjoy this "lovely" weather!
