TriCore is the only fitness studio in Phoenix that offers functional training and Pilates under one roof. Our unique program allows members to increase their endurance, develop strength and improve their mobility all in one class.
Members can choose between three different TriCore class options:
*TriCore Fire, a high intensity cross-training program with an emphasis on strength, power and endurance.
*TriCore Foundation, a movement based class with emphasis on balance, coordination and stabilization. Both classes finish with a 30 minute Pilates session on the reformer.
*Simply Pilates, an hour long class that focuses on increasing flexibility, mobility, and strength while having FUN! We utilize a special piece of equipment called the Pilates Reformer, which we incorporate in nearly all of our workouts!
You can mix and match classes too until you find the right physical fitness program for YOU!
