Our technicians enter your home as guests and hopefully leave with your trust and respect. However, with the fears of coronavirus (COVID-19) running course, know that we’re taking all the extra steps to safeguard you and your home during our visit.
At the first sign of illness, our techs and office personal will be kept home to help avoid any possibility of spreading contagion.
Upon arrival, every technician will greet you with a wave and a smile as opposed to our usual handshake or high five.
Our Technicians will ask permission to enter your home and will only do so upon your approval.
Every technician who enters your home is armed with disinfect for their hands, will wear protective gloves and wear floor savers to protect you, them, and your home.
We are committed to following the World Health Organization (WHO), CDC Emergency Preparedness and Response, as well as local government guidelines regarding coronavirus preparedness and prevention.
And please, for the safety of our own staff, let us know if you yourself or anyone in your home are not feeling well. We want to help you out, but also want to keep our valued technicians safe and healthy so they too can return home to families at the end of the day.
Thank you for choosing TSS Home Comfort!
