We do not have the Covid vaccine at this time. When it becomes available to us, we will send out a message through the patient portal and post on our Facebook page.
We do not have the Covid Vaccine at our clinic. However, any patient over 75 wanting the Covid vaccine can sign up with the link below and receive the vaccine at a Health Department. You have to choose what health department you would like to go to and some are not available. You have to schedule a date and time and answer a few questions.
