We will be offering semi-private swimming lessons in October!
Semi-Private swim lessons are composed of 2-3 students per 1 instructor. Preregistration and prepayment required. Registration ends one day prior to the session beginning or when classes are full. Minimum number of participants must be met for classes to run as scheduled. Private swim lessons are available upon request.

November is American Diabetes Month. This is a time when communities across the country team up to bring attention to diabetes. By raising awareness about diabetes, communities, organizations, and health professionals can work together to help people make healthy changes and lower their risk of diabetes.

Plus, try these two new formats to help with balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation:
Balance and Stretch – Tuesdays 8am
Improve your balance and flexibility. Class includes balance exercises (chairs provided if needed) and enjoy a full body stretch. Conclude with a relaxation segment.
Aqua & Yoga – Thursdays 8:45am and Sundays 9:30am
Enjoy a full-body workout in the pool with an emphasis on cardio conditioning and strength. Class ends with an extended focus on flexibility and relaxation by adapting yoga movements into the water environment.

Evening BODYPUMP classes (Monday 4:15pm, T/TH 5:30pm)
