VCA Boulevard's B Team is finishing this work week out strong sporting our Hero T-shirts and casual day. We have had a great week and we can't tell everyone enough how much we continue to be grateful for your support during these times. We know know it hasn't been easy, but having the caring support from all of our wonderful clients have brightened our days, so THANK YOU for keeping us going with a smile! We also want to thank all of the day to day heroes giving there all every single day without hesitation. So here's to all the healthcare workers, first responders, grocery store associates, truck drivers, food service associates, custodians, scientists, bank associates, farmers, postal services and so many more. You make the world go around during these times and we THANK YOU!
In order to continue to serve our patients and clients to the best of our ability and follow the CDC guidelines of social distancing, we are making the decision to split our hospital into teams. Just like we are separated from all of our wonderful clients right now, some of us will be separate from one another here as well. This decision was not easy, but moving into teams reduces exposure and keeps everyone safer. Unfortunately, the only way to move into teams is to reduce our hours Monday-Friday to 7am-7pm. Team A will be working Monday-Wednesday and Team B will be working Thursday-Saturday. There will never be an overlap of team members including doctors. Dr. White and Dr. Lyons will be on Team A and Dr. Edwards will be on Team B. Because our doctors will be on three long days in a row and then off for another few days, we ask that if you need refills on medications to please allow at least 72 hours from the time the request is placed until filled. We want to thank you for your continued support during this pandemic and we are looking forward to better days ahead for everyone! MEDIA.REPUTATION.COM media.reputation.com
We are honored to have won an award in Client Service! We would not be able to do this without the wonderful participation from our amazing clients. We are so grateful to have your support! We miss all of your smiling faces!!!!
We know you’re so excited to go on some autumn nature walks with your dog, but for this #FallSafetyTip, make sure you watch out for snakes, some of which can be venomous! They’re preparing for hibernation and may be a little crankier if disturbed by a curious pet! 🐍 When walking or hiking, if something happens to your pet, be sure to contact your veterinarian as soon as possible. #VCApets
Today is Global Cat Day, a special occasion devoted to unowned, free-roaming “community” cats. These cats often get a bad rap but it’s important to understand that these cats aren’t so different from our beloved pets. As a matter of fact, many are living on the streets as a result of being abandoned by their families. We've included some tips to help manage and care for the community cats in your neighborhood. Helping these cats starts by being a responsible guardian! Spay/neuter your own cat and keep them indoors. * In just seven years, a single pair of cats and their offspring could produce a staggering total of 420,000 kittens! #VCApets
