Welcome to Velocity Fitness in Centennial Colorado where we offer boot camps, weight training, fitness kick boxing, and adventure race training. All workouts are 45 minutes which is perfect for your busy schedule and incorporate full body intensive training. The workouts are different and innovative everyday to ensure that both you are never bored and your body is always challenged.
Although the workouts are high intensity, they are designed for everyone! Not just people in elite shape. Don't let that fool you, these workouts are tough!
Expect to be challenged to the brink of what your body can handle. You will be inspired and encouraged to do more than you ever thought possible. There is no doubt these are some of the best workouts out there.
In addition to our other bootcamp and fitness classes we offer adventure race training- Have you ever thought about running the Tough Mudder? How about the Sparten, or any other mud, obstacle type adventure race? Well, anyone can do it, but if you don't train properly you are going to pay the price on race day. Only 78% of most participants finish Tough Mudder but last year 100% of Velocity Fitness Mud Monsters finished the race!
Classes are offered Monday-Friday at 6:00am, 9:30am, noon, 4:30pm, and 5:30 pm and Saurday mornign at 9:00am to ensure it fits everyone's schedule. You can also call for appointments or with questions antime between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. Formerly known as Davis Training Boot Camp we have continued to grow and expand to the new and dynamic Velocity Fitness.
