Below is an exercise taught by one of our PTs, focusing on improving upright posture. The goal is to stand up straight with your heels, buttock, shoulders, and head all touching the wall. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds and perform 10 reps at a time. Lindsay, a Physical Therapist at our Malvern Location, is displaying ways to utilize equipment around the home to protect your joints and to allow for proper body mechanics to reduce stress and strain on your low back.
