To All Our Customers and Friends. I was asked how we are going to handle the current situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Here is how:
Until we are instructed by Authorities that it is in our best interest of our staff and customers, we are staying open.
We are constantly cleaning including samples and our showroom.
If our customer prefers, we will meet with them at our showroom one on one, any day of the week, any time they choose.
We will go to our customers homes to show samples if they wish.
We have bought software that will allow us to have a virtual showroom if you wish to view samples on the computer.
We are taking 20% off all Quartz Products which is a non-porous material that never needs sealing and is easy to clean.
Offering all local business 20% off all quotes
All our installers are now wearing mask on the job site.
All our staff have committed to work twice as hard, twice as long to insure the safety, well being, and satisfaction of our customers.
In addition to the above steps, we realize the impact this has had on our community and local business so my wife and I are also committing to:
Buy as much as we can from Local business.
Support all our Local Restaurants buy ordering lunches and dinners to be delivered to us.
Posting and Promoting all local business whom wish to be heard through our Website Blog, Social media, and other forms of Advertising we do.
LAST. WE COMMIT TO DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO PERSEVERE THROUGH THESE TIMES AND TO HELP OUR BUSINESS COMMUNITY, FRIENDS, AND STAFF. WE PROMISE TO GO 10 STEPS FURTHER THAN WE DID THE DAY BEFORE.
