Make sure to keep your teeth clean especially if you're in braces!
Bad oral hygiene can lead to bleeding/ swollen gums and bad breath.
Not keeping up with your oral hygiene can also cause the bracket clips to get stuck and make it uncomfortable for you when the assistant opens them to change your wires.
So remember, brush morning, night and after eating. Use mouth wash as well as floss daily to make your appointment/treatment easier and to better your smile! 😁
