To all our family members and friends,
Woodlands wants to assure you that during these times, we are providing quality care to all your loved ones with their safety and our staff’s safety being our number one concern. We have been following closely with the Center for Disease Control as well as the Ohio Department of Health to ensure our policies and procedures are staying current and up to date. While we understand how hard it is not seeing your loved ones, we want to ensure everyone is staying as safe as possible. Until further notice, the following policies will be in place:
-There will be no resident visitation apart from end-of-life hospice, which is being dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
-All laundry will be done in-house.
-Food deliveries and drop offs will not be accepted.
-Packaged food and personal items cannot be dropped off but can be mailed to the facility or ordered online (Target, Amazon, Walmart, etc.) and sent to the facility. Please ensure the packages are addressed to the resident and not just the facility.
-FaceTime appointments can be scheduled by sending an email to Chris Ford at cford@woodlandsllc.com ---be sure the email contains the facility your loved one is at (Austinwoods, Hamptonwoods, Assisted Living) as well as their name
- Feel free to send cards and letters—your loved ones miss you as much as you miss them!
We thank you greatly for working with us and being understanding during this ever-changing situation. With everyone’s continuance of social distancing and sheltering in place, we will see the end of this soon, and we can’t wait to see you all again! Until then, be safe!
