She celebrated the day with her neighbors here at Brookdale with cake, cards, and presents. Her family joined her via Facetime and a socially distanced porch visit. Her friends from Southern Care Hospice even came to throw a party outside of Irene's window. Happy Birthday, Irene! Your Brookdale family loves you!

Our Fish Fry Fundraiser was a great success we were able to give $871.00 to the Alzheimer Association. A great big thank-you to all the families, hospices, and friends who bought dinners for this great cause. It's humbly appreciated. Also, thanks to the wonderful managers who dedicated their whole day to make this event a success. You guys rock. Robert is enjoying one of the fish dinners pictured; he said it was very tasty!
Our residents are so happy that they can get their hair and nails done again by our wonderful beautiful hairdresser Holly, she’s the best.
A great thank you to Southern Care Hospice for the delicious donuts and cider from White House Farms to celebrate our Assisted Living Week. The staff and residents really enjoyed them.
Thank you Harbor Light Hospice for thinking of our residents. Kerri Rhodes brought these fabulous blanket kits! Not only will we have a great time putting them together, they’ll be great for keeping us warm this winter.
