We're a family-run business with a knowledgable staff that counts more than 80 years of combined experience in the fitness industry. Our history in the industry runs deep; for example our gym Founder and Owner Anthony Schettino has been involved with the World Gym franchise since its inception in the 1970's at the personal behest of Arnold Schwarzenegger. During the heydey of the 1980's "pumping iron" and aerobics crazes Tony ran three gyms simultaneously in Queens and Manhattan. These days, our Rego Park location is the sole beneficiary of his four decades of experience and innovation, proudly serving our members for nearly 20 years.
