Wright House of Mequon hosted a Butterfly Release event yesterday called "Wright House of Mequon Prays for a Better Tomorrow". We were joined by our residents, staff, family members, friends, and colleagues as we said prayers to end Covid-19 and for people affected by it, prayed for world peace, and prayed for those suffering from Alzheimers. We then did a group release of the butterflies. We chose to do a butterfly release because butterflies are a representation of life, they symbolize endurance, change, hope and life. Around the world many cultures associate butterflies with spiritual rebirth and transformation.
