Please give a warm welcome to Dr. Hana Toribara who has joined our team! Dr. Toribara is an internship-trained veterinarian interested in small animal emergency medicine. She graduated from Washington State University's College of Veterinary Medicine and completed an internship at Iowa State University. Other professional interests include diagnostic imaging, clinical pathology, internal medicine, and surgery. Non-professional interests include novels, cooking, baking, hiking, camping, kayaking, rowing, and rugby.

Please give a warm welcome to our new Oncology Technician, Jessica Broome, RVT! Jessica is originally from Sacramento, CA, can be found either at home spending quality time with her husband and two cats, or out camping whenever she has free time. Her dream job as a child was always anything having to do with animals, and her specialties include oncology, internal medicine, advance veinous access, and critical anesthesia. We're so excited to have her join the AESC family!
Please give a warm welcome to Dr. Leslie Serrano, our newest Emergency Clinician. Dr. Serrano is a Jacksonville, Florida native who found herself growing up in rural west Tennessee. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Animal Sciences at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2014 while working as an assistant at Reelfoot Animal Hospital, kennel manager at Harness Creek Retrievers and microbiology lab at UTM. She completed her DVM at the University of Tennessee where she focused on Centers of Excellence research, Emergency and Critical Care, and feline medicine. She enjoys ECC, diagnostic imaging and soft tissue surgery. She has spent the last year in Montana practicing as an assoiciate. In her spare time she is an amateur long distance enthusiast and avid hiking adventure seeker with a silly chocolate lab - Brook and sassy kitty- Oakley.
