Listen. Making the shift with my ‘work home’ was one of the hardest decision I have ever had to make. It’s never easy to leave somewhere you love endlessly and to trust Spirit when it asks you to move. But I am truly blessed to be apart of Steps Recovery Centers sharing space with such beautiful Souls. Ones that suit up and show up each and everyday. What our Team has accomplished in these past few weeks is immeasurable and I am beyond proud of. “To my bones” as one of my little ducklings would say. I love my TEAM to my bones!!

We are looking for an addition to our amazing team at our Draper residential location. Our Draper program is a coed substance abuse and mental health treatment facility. Case management duties include; discharge planning, family contact, supervision reports, life skills and psych Ed group facilitation, client transports, intakes and more. Case Management works along side our amazing clinical team to guide our clients through their recovery journey while with us. An ideal candidate would have 1-2 years minimum experience in a treatment setting with basic knowledge of terminology used in a treatment facility. Pay DOE
